It doesn't have to be fancy. It can be a simple subject notebook like what you use for school. Or it can be a special book for special thoughts and experiences. One of the reasons for having a journal is that when we write things down, it makes them more real for us. And if you don't like writing, use your google docs. Or voice to text. Find what works for you to record your experiences for yourself.

Plan to learn a lot and have fun!
